Insight Global is seeking a healthcare application analyst who can serve as both a technical resource and an operational partner. The ideal candidate supports enterprise healthcare applications, optimizes workflows, and facilitates user adoption by collaborating with end users and IT teams.

Experience with Epic Healthy Planet, population health, care management or value-based care is a plus. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Competenze

• 3+ years supporting enterprise healthcare applications or clinical systems.
• Experience configuring systems, analyzing workflows and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and data management.
• Translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Conducting root cause and gap analyses with recommendations.
• Strong communication with end users, leaders and technical teams.
