Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our healthcare IT and Epic-focused engagements. You will deliver high-quality analytical work across our divisions, including deployment of Epic workflows and data-driven client recommendations.

You will manage work streams, lead junior team members, and present findings to executives in a hybrid work setting with travel as needed. The role supports national healthcare providers and payers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, healthcare operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, public health, analytics, economics, or engineering.
• Epic certifications or strong Epic knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work streams and engage client stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and build dashboards.
• Translate design decisions into Epic configuration and build.
• Manage work streams, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
