Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a healthcare related clinical environment and working knowledge of EHR systems analysis, design, build, Epic implementation, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification required; 45 days after hire to complete certification; 90 days to finish training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the Healthy Planet Epic application.
• Identify and resolve issues; document troubleshooting in ticketing system.
• Guide workflow design, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic functionality.
