The IM Program Manager – Applications Sr. at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago leads end-to-end delivery of the Downers Grove hospital and clinic software portfolio, with Epic at its core.

You will plan, configure, integrate, test, and activate the full application ecosystem, coordinating multiple PMs to enable clinical and operational workflows. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor strategies, ensuring activation aligns with infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in project management, healthcare, or application/software delivery.
• Epic experience required; certification(s) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the hospital’s software and application portfolio with Epic at the core.
• Manage multiple application PMs, set priorities, remove roadblocks and drive decisions.
• Establish and manage the application program plan, schedule, dependencies and risks.
