Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking an IM Program Manager – Applications Sr. to lead end-to-end delivery of the hospital’s software and application portfolio, with Epic at the core, for a new community project in Downers Grove.

You will coordinate planning through activation and manage multiple PMs to ensure clinical workflows are enabled. The role requires extensive Epic experience, strong program management skills, and the ability to align clinical workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Epic certification preferred.
• 10 years of project management experience in healthcare or software delivery.
• Experience with Epic modules and integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the hospital’s software portfolio, with Epic at the core.
• Lead multiple application project managers in a matrixed environment.
• Develop and manage the program plan, schedule, dependencies, and risks.
• Own Epic build/configuration and interfaces across systems.
• Ensure clinical and operational workflows are reflected in design.
