Reid Health is seeking an Epic HB/PB Analyst to design, analyze, test, install, and support Epic information system solutions across the hospital network. The role acts as a technical coordinator between departments and vendors, requires Epic training and certifications, and may involve onsite or virtual training.

The position emphasizes collaboration with EHR analysts, project teams, and end users to ensure system stability and successful implementations within the hospital billing domains.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience with Information technology application development, training, and implementation in a healthcare setting.
• Must have at least five years of Epic experience.
• Must have at least two Epic certifications and be proficient in assigned module.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned Epic certifications, training, projects, and testing.
• Provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to project teams analyzing systemic or process issues within assigned areas.
• Participates in vendor selection process including demonstrations and functional comparison activities.
• Writes design specifications and completes system build / development tasks based on design specifications.
• Monitors incident tickets and provides timely resolution of same.
• Coordinates cross-functional testing and go-live activities.
