Job summary

Singing River Health System seeks an Application Analyst II to support and tailor healthcare applications across vendors, clinicians, and staff. The role acts as a liaison, coordinating ongoing updates and solving workflow issues to fit organizational needs.

Key duties include analyzing workflows, data collection, and reporting details, while maintaining Epic certifications and collaborating with IT and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system.
• Experience with healthcare system databases and interfaces in hospitals or clinics, or with a healthcare system vendor.
• Project management or project execution experience on small to medium projects.
• Current certifications in Epic applications; must maintain Epic certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Bridge between vendors, end users and team members coordinating efforts and status updates.
• Communicate daily with internal teams, application vendors, clinical and business representatives, and subject matter experts to tailor systems.
• Assist in in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues.
