Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an Application Analyst II to bridge between vendors, end users, and IT teams. You will analyze workflows, data collection, and reports, tailoring Epic applications to support our hospital and clinics.

The role requires at least a couple of years in healthcare IT, Epic certification maintenance, and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Cycle and Clinical Applications teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, clinically related field or experience may be considered.
Current Epic certifications and ongoing maintenance required.

Responsibilities

The Analyst II has intermediate to advanced knowledge of each appropriate application and serves as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members.
Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues related to applications.
Acts as a point of contact and coordinates with end users and operational stakeholders.
Maintains communications with internal teams, application vendors, clinical and business representatives.
Management reserves the right to revise duties as assigned.
