Job summary

Singing River Health System in Pascagoula, MS is seeking an Application Analyst II who serves as a bridge between vendors, end users, and clinical staff, applying intermediate to advanced knowledge of applications to tailor systems to the organization's needs.

The Analyst II coordinates day-to-day communications, analyzes workflows and data, and supports team members on technical issues while collaborating on projects and participating in on-call rotations with the Epic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in a healthcare delivery setting.
• Previous installation experience with healthcare systems databases and interfaces.
• Project management or project execution experience on small to medium projects.
• Epic certification(s) must be current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members to tailor systems to organizational needs.
• Conducts regular communication with internal teams, vendors, clinicians and business stakeholders.
• Assists in analyzing workflows, data collection, reports, and other technical issues within applications.
• Coordinates efforts and status updates with end users and operational stakeholders; supports on-call rotations.
