Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, clinically related field or experience may be considered.
• Current certification in Epic applications required in the first 90 days of employment.
• De‑escalation training completed by orientation (90 days).
• Minimum of one year experience in developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• The Analyst I achieves knowledge of each appropriate application and acts as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members.
• Regular day‑to‑day communication with internal teams, application vendors, clinical and business representatives, plus subject matter experts.
• Assists in analyzing workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues tied to applications.
• Serves as a support contact and coordinates efforts and status updates with end users and stakeholders.
• Out‑of‑state travel for education and occasional site visits may be required.
