Singing River Health System is seeking an Application Analyst I to bridge between vendors, end users, and teams in a dynamic healthcare IT environment.

You will support analysts and clinicians by tailoring applications, analyzing workflows, and assisting with data collection and reporting while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role requires Epic certification within 90 days and offers remote work across several states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IS experience in a hospital/clinic setting within a healthcare system.
• Epic certification required within first 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members.
• Conduct day-to-day communications with internal teams, vendors and subject matter experts to tailor systems to organizational needs.
• Assist in analyzing workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues related to applications.
• Coordinate efforts and provide status updates with end users and operational stakeholders.
