Kaav Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large-scale Epic Systems migration, consolidating EMR from 100+ hospital clinics into a centralized Epic platform. The role demands strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across facilities.

You will oversee planning, data mapping, cutover, training, and go-live support, coordinating with Epic analysts, IT teams, clinicians, and vendors. Remote work is supported for this enterprise program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, focusing on EMR/clinical systems.
• 5+ years leading Epic implementation or migration projects across multiple facilities.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise-level EMR migrations, data consolidation, and workflow alignment.
• 3+ years understanding Epic modules (Ambulatory, Cadence, HIM, Bridges, etc.) and interfaces.
• 3+ years managing data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Epic consolidation migrating from 100+ clinics to a centralized Epic environment.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with Epic analysts, clinical IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams including analysts, data migration engineers, testers, and trainers.
• Oversee all phases: assessment, data mapping, validation, cutover, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Conduct status meetings, steering updates, and risk tracking.
• Ensure HIPAA and data governance compliance.
• Provide transparent reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Drive change management and communications across clinics.
