Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status reports to management as required.

• Analyze customer-reported problems to determine corrective action.
• Build and maintain Reporting Workbench reports.
• Perform validation testing with end users for new builds.
• Understand and analyze Epic workflows.
