Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, informatics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of healthcare training experience with at least 2 years leading Epic training tracks.
- Epic Principal Trainer credentialing is required.
- Epic Certification in Training Environment Build (TEB) or related module highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Epic training strategy and timeline.
- Maintain the Epic training environment (MST) with the technical team.
- Create role-based training materials, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Align training with HRSA compliance, UDS reporting, and value-based care goals.
- Partner with clinical leaders to map workflows to Epic best practices.
