Job summary

Nordic is seeking an EHR Site Specialist to work with Epic end users (CarePATH & ConnectCare) and improve system use. You will provide training, coaching, and one-on-one support, diagnose learning needs, and design learning experiences aligned with strategic goals and patient care metrics.

Partnerships with IT will ensure issue resolution and measurable impact. Travel to off-site locations may be required as part of deployment and training activities, with emphasis on maximizing EHR efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate degree in health sciences or IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years working in a health care environment with an EHR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training per onboarding and access management requirements.
• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize Epic-based requests for assistance or issue resolution.
• Diagnose learning needs and provide one-on-one support and design learning interventions.
• Maintain detailed records of client work and resolutions using the knowledge base and tools.
• Collaborate with IT and I&T to resolve issues and optimize Epic workflows.
