Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Site Specialist to deliver Epic training and coaching to end users at our Charleston healthcare facility. You will identify learning gaps, design interventions, and align workflows with system build decisions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

In this role you will partner with IT, support teams and leadership to deploy learning solutions, maintain a knowledge base, and ensure end users leverage Epic to the highest potential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Health Sciences, Education or IT required.
• At least 2 years experience using an EHR in healthcare.
• Experience delivering Epic training is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training in accordance with onboarding requirements.
• Evaluate and prioritize Epic requests for assistance.
• Diagnose problems and provide timely solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base in ServiceNow.
• Round with EHR Manager and site leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues.
• Coach end users to optimize Epic usage.
