Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Site Learning Specialist for Ambulatory in Charleston, SC. You will deliver Epic training, identify knowledge gaps, and coach end users to maximize efficient use of CarePATH & ConnectCare.

You will work with IT and EHR teams to design targeted learning interventions aligned with organizational goals. The role requires experience with EHR environments, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel to off-site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in health IT or EHR support.
• Familiarity with Epic systems and end-user training is preferred.
