Job summary

Nordic is seeking an EHR Site Specialist to work with Epic (CarePATH & ConnectCare) end users, delivering training and coaching to maximize system use. You will identify learning needs, design interventions, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues, tracking progress in ServiceNow and building a knowledge base.

You will perform one-on-one support, conduct site rounding with EHR leadership, and promote best practices to improve clinical and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in health sciences, education or IT.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare EHR environments.
• Experience with Epic CarePATH/ConnectCare and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training per onboarding and access management requirements.
• Evaluate intake of Epic requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Use established procedures to diagnose problems and provide timely solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support knowledge sharing.
• Round in facilities with EHR leadership to ensure alignment of workflows.
