Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, develop use cases, and maintain documentation while leading testing and releases. The role requires Epic certification, IIS/clinical workflow knowledge, and strong problem-solving in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in one or more modules is highly desirable.
• Experience with IIS, clinical workflows, or healthcare IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and process mapping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Epic applications to optimize workflows.
• Develop, test, and maintain Epic configurations and related documentation.
• Lead testing, deployments, and on-call support during upgrades and releases.
• Provide hands-on training and liaison with clinical and operational teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
