CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Epic‑based healthcare informatics initiatives. You will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, working with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate clinical needs into actionable requirements.

The role requires deep Epic expertise, strong leadership, and a data‑driven approach to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT.
Deep Epic expertise, including hands‑on experience with Epic software, modules and tools.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Strong leadership to coordinate resources and drive project outcomes.
Data‑driven mindset to measure impact and evaluate success.

Responsibilities

Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic‑based tools, including prototyping, build, testing and go‑live.
Creates features, stories and workflows for Epic products based on clinician insights and CX needs.
Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
Partners with cross‑functional teams to build a clear product vision aligned to OKRs.
Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration and architecture teams in agile development.
Maintains risk logs and escalation pathways across technical and operational domains.
Delivers executive‑level reporting on status, risks and decisions; engages stakeholders enterprise‑wide.
Supports readiness, adoption and feedback loops for Epic releases with training teams.
