RSM US LLP is seeking an Epic EHR Director of Delivery, Growth & Market Expansion to join our Healthcare Technology Consulting Services team. The Director will operate with a national purview across Epic EHR opportunities and build, scale, and sustain Epic advisory, implementation, and optimization services.

The role requires deep Epic EHR expertise, leadership, and a track record in selling Epic-related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, informatics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Prior consulting/client facing experience around EHR implementation, and optimization services.
• Demonstrated success selling Epic-related services, including advisory, implementation, and optimization engagements.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales or revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex Epic pursuits, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract execution.
• Strong understanding of the Epic ecosystem, including health system implementations and optimization initiatives.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% (up to 75% as needed).

Responsibilities

• Draw upon your technical and industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead the national growth strategy for Epic advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
• Lead sales and proposals for Epic opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Increase opportunities by leveraging your network and personal brand.
• Guide delivery of EHR implementations and optimization initiatives with CIO/CMIO etc.
• Develop executive relationships with health system leaders at scale.
• Represent the firm at meetings, conferences, and briefings to generate opportunities.
• Travel to client sites and events to support relationship development.
