RSM is seeking an Epic EHR Director of Delivery, Growth & Market Expansion to oversee Epic advisory, implementation, and optimization services with a national scope. You will build and scale engagements across hospitals and health systems, leveraging deep Epic EHR expertise and leadership to grow the firm’s book of business.

You will mentor delivery teams, lead client-facing strategy sessions, and collaborate with sales to drive growth and client success across the Epic ecosystem.

• Lead the national growth strategy for Epic advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
• Drive the sales and proposal process for Epic opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CMIOs and other healthcare leaders.
• Oversee delivery of EHR implementations and optimization initiatives and grow a sustainable Epic practice.
