Job summary

Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center, Inc. is seeking an EHR and Data Support Analyst to drive effective use of the EHR, reports, and clinical technology projects.

The role involves Epic workflows, data quality, training staff, and creating dashboards to support quality improvement and grant reporting. You will collaborate with the Clinical Informatics Analyst to tailor Epic tools, develop reports, and bolster operational efficiency while aligning with organizational goals and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, and/or Information Sciences is required.
• Two to four years of experience in healthcare IT, data analytics, or related field is required.
• Medical terminology and understanding of workflows are required.
• Experience with Epic preferred and reporting tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with Epic applications, workflows, and documentation.
• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Epic tools, Power BI, and Excel.
• Coordinate projects, provide data support for grants and operations, and track milestones.
• Train staff on Epic functionality and assist with onboarding and workflow education.
• Develop training materials and workflow documentation to promote best practices.
