Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to optimize the EHR (Epic) and related clinical information systems. You will provide elbow and remote support to providers and associates, analyze workflows, and collaborate with leadership to design and implement improvements.

Onsite four days a week with one remote day, you will help onboarding new providers, train staff on documentation and ePrescribe, and monitor KPI adoption across the EMR/EHR environment,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field required/preferred.
Experience with healthcare information systems and EHRs (Epic).
Clinical informatics certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Collects and analyzes information to identify process improvements in clinical workflows.
Supports EHR implementations and adoption using change management principles.
Onboards new providers and trains users on EHR best practices (documentation, ePrescribe).
Trains stakeholders on KPI adoption and monitors performance in the EMR/EHR.
Liaises between IT teams and clinicians to communicate changes and impacts.
