Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certificate is required.
• Epic certification in MyChart, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere or other modules is required.
• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ITIL knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design, build, testing and troubleshooting for Epic applications.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues and translating needs into specifications; perform build and testing.
• Anticipate impact of changes on other applications and manage those impacts.
• Onboard and mentor new team members to client configurations and processes.

Education

Epic Professional Billing certificate

Epic certification (MyChart, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere or modules)

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office proficiency

ITIL knowledge (preferred)

Experience with ticketing systems and change management
