Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an Epic Cupid Analyst for Information Technology with a day shift. The role requires Epic Cupid certification and ~3 years of related experience, working across remote and on-site environments.

The ideal candidate will understand Pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and healthcare operations, coordinating between users and technical staff and maintaining current certifications.

Qualifications

• Epic Cupid certification(s) in area of support preferred; if not obtained, must be achieved within 90 days.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related IT/analyst experience with knowledge of practices, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Epic Cupid Analysts serve as the primary support contact for the Cupid application and coordinate issues.
• Act as liaison between technical staff and customers, escalating appropriately to resolve issues.

Epic Cupid Certification Required

Cupid Analysts are the primary support contact for the Epic Cupid Application. Cupid analysts coordinate issues which arise for their application area and must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations. Familiarity with a healthcare organization's Pharmacy Department workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required. Cupid analysts must make decisions regarding the urgency and or seriousness of calls and serve as a liaison between the technical staff of the department and the department’s wide variety of customers and must escal... ate appropriately to resolve issues. Depending on operations, business or project needs, the Cupid Analyst may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support is preferred. Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially. If Epic certification(s) in area of support has not been obtained or has lapsed, certification(s) related to area of support must be achieved during first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.

Shift Description

Standard shift is M-F 8am-5pm. Depending on needs of the business, the analyst may be required to work early, stay late, and work weekends. The analyst is required to participate in the on call and overnight reboot rotation
