Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an Epic Cupid Analyst to serve as the primary support contact for the Cupid Application. You will coordinate issues within the Cupid area, understand healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison between technical staff and customers.

Candidates should have education of High School Diploma or GED with three years of related experience; Epic certifications preferred, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certifications or accreditations in area of support preferred; if not obtained, certification in area of support must be achieved during first 90 days.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in IT Analyst Ladder policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for the Epic Cupid Application and liaison between technical staff and customers, escalating appropriately to resolve issues.
• Coordinate Cupid area issues with knowledge of organization policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education
