Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Epic trainer to develop and deliver training programs for clinical and operations teams. The role focuses on maintaining up‑to‑date training content, supporting end‑users, and ensuring effective adoption of Epic workflows.
You will lead classes on‑site, collaborate with management and trainers, and provide elbow‑to‑elbow coaching to new users while staying proficient in current Epic features.
Works with management and principal trainer(s) to deliver and maintain the training program for the roles in the application(s) assigned. Trainers, (Credentialed Trainers), must have a solid understanding of operations relevant to their application(s) that may include clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, patient‑clinic communications, result routing, charge entry, coding, claims to process, and patient billing. In addition to leading classes, trainers are responsible for providing support and informal training to end‑users, including elbow‑to‑elbow support. Trainers may also be assigned application support roles working with applications analysts. Position is On‑site.
