Works with management and principal trainer(s) to deliver and maintain the training program for the roles in the application(s) assigned. Trainers, (Credentialed Trainers), must have a solid understanding of operations relevant to their application(s) that may include clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, patient-clinic communications, result routing, charge entry, coding, claims to process, and patient billing. In addition to leading classes, trainers are responsible for providing support and informal training to end-users, including elbow-to-elbow support. Trainers may also be assigned application support roles working with applications analysts. Position is On-site.
