Job summary

Qualifications

5 years of experience supporting Epic or EHR analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, or enterprise reporting environments.
1 year leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or technical teams.
Experience with Caboodle, Clarity, SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, or Radar preferred.
Experience leading healthcare analytics or BI teams preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; Epic certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for Epic BI and analytics functions.
Oversee Caboodle data warehouse design, data modeling, and data source integration.
Manage BI developers and ETL developers; ensure reporting standardization and data quality.
Lead ETL workflows for Caboodle and Clarity; ensure scalable data movement.
Govern SlicerDicer usage, promote self-service analytics, and manage security controls.
Maintain reporting governance, metadata, and analytics performance.
