Responsibilities

Develop BI solutions architecture translating business requirements to tech.
Collaborate with clinicians, admins, IT to define reporting needs.
Develop, customize, and maintain Epic reports using Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards.
Design reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs and trends.
Validate data and ensure accuracy of reports.
Lead training and support for end-users on reports.
