Job summary
El Rio Health is seeking an Epic Analyst - Cogito to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Epic Cogito suite. The analyst will design dashboards and reports, collaborate with IT and clinical teams, and ensure data accuracy for decision support.
The role requires Epic Cogito proficiency, T-SQL and Power BI experience, plus a strong grasp of Clarity/Caboodle data structures. Tucson location; Monday–Friday schedule; remote not indicated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, CIS, or related field from an accredited college/university.
- Three years’ experience in Healthcare with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Three years’ experience with T-SQL, Power BI, statistical analysis, and related applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of metrics, dashboards, and reports using Epic Cogito tools (SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboarding, SQL Reporting from Clarity/Caboodle).
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and design analytical solutions to business problems.
- Translate user requirements into technical solutions and validate data with end users.
- Provide end-user training and documentation; ensure compliance with SLAs and data governance.
- Collaborate with IT Architects/DBAs/Developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
