Job summary

El Rio Health is seeking a BI Analyst in Tucson to gather business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions. You will work with users and technical staff to deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics to support the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities include leading requirement sessions, designing analytical projects, and collaborating with architects/DBAs/developers to translate needs into scalable BI solutions. Strong T-SQL and Power BI skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience with T-SQL, Power BI, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads requirements gathering sessions and designs analytical projects with users.
• Elicits requirements via interviews, surveys, process descriptions, use cases, and workflows.
• Leads the development of metrics, dashboards, and reports using BI tools.
• Serves as liaison between business and Analyst team to translate needs into solutions.
• Collaborates with development/support on product design and usability improvements.
• Presents data architecture, strategy requirements, and information scale to leadership.
• Ensures data warehouses/data marts meet user requirements and SLAs.
• Assists with end-user training and documentation.
• Acts as SME to internal/external clients on EHR, workflows, and reporting issues.
