Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, implement, and maximize the use of Epic-based clinical software across Massachusetts health centers. The role is housed within Community Technology Cooperative, LLC (CTC) and reports to the Director of Training and Technology.

The position is hybrid, mostly remote with on-site travel to health centers in Massachusetts and occasional Boston office visits.

Qualifications

• Local to Massachusetts or within driving distance.
• Hybrid position, mostly from home with some on-site travel to health centers across Massachusetts and to our office in Boston as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate clinical Health Center users surrounding their Epic usage including training sessions and materials.
• Assist users in troubleshooting and resolution of application issues via ticketing system, Teams, and Zoom.
• Work with Application Analyst Team(s) to understand and assist in the development of workflow and documentation.
• Maintain current industry knowledge by attending industry seminars and collaborating with IT analysts.
