Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services in Tupelo, MS is seeking an EPIC Clinical Analyst for ITS Clinical Systems Operations. You will serve as the Epic enterprise and clinical system specialist and administrator, designing templates and order sets, planning module implementations, and leading project management to support clinical workflows.

Responsibilities include testing upgrades, coordinating deployments, and collaborating with clinical leaders to align system improvements with patient care

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in CS, math, analytics, informatics, or MIS is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2+ years in technical support and design of EHR/clinical systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as Epic administrator and system specialist across clinical modules.
Design, build, maintain Epic templates and order sets; govern configurations.
Lead testing for Epic releases and manage production deployments.
Provide on‑call support for 24/7 clinical applications; ensure uptime.
