Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in IT, medical field or related area required.
• Experience in information technology or healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test and maintain clinical IT applications.
• Research and resolve system and user problems; document resolutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through clear communication.
• Participate in projects to define requirements and optimize workflows.
• Translate workflow requirements into efficient application solutions.
• Perform integrated testing of current and vendor functionality.
• Assist with end-user training and development; participate in on-call duties.
