Responsibilities

• Leads the development and maintenance of clinical content in the EHR across domains such as order sets, care pathways, templates, population health tools, patient screeners, and education materials.
• Manages design, build, testing, validation, and maintenance of Epic applications; ensures alignment with workflows and auditability.
• Provides second-level support for clinical users, troubleshoots issues, and leads root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Partners with IS and clinical departments to ensure system stability, data integrity, and alignment with organizational goals.
