Job summary

Clarity Partners in Chicago is seeking Clinical Informaticists to serve as the liaison between HIS and clinical operations for an Epic rollout, within one assigned clinical domain—pharmacy and medication-management or perioperative/anesthesia workflows. You will support governance, workflow design, validation, and go-live readiness for a large public sector client project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical or pharmacy practice experience in hospital or integrated health system.
• Hands-on Epic implementation experience preferred (workflow previews, validation, go-live, stabilization).
• Clinical informatics, pharmacy informatics, or healthcare technology implementation experience preferred.
• Epic Willow/OpTime/Anesthesia applications experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, validation, testing, implementation, and optimization of workflows within the assigned clinical domain.
• Facilitate Epic workflow previews and future-state validation sessions.
• Ensure appropriate departmental and frontline representation throughout the implementation.
• Identify workflow, safety, readiness, and cross-functional impacts within the assigned domain.
• Document outcomes and required decisions arising from workflow and governance sessions.
• Coordinate dependencies and escalated issues through the appropriate governance structure.
