Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies; reports violations.
• Acts as liaison between departments, end users and IS staff.
• Assists in coordinating and maintaining current systems for assigned departments.
• Supports departments during and after implementation of applications/systems.
• Provides on-call support for providers and end users during upgrades.
• Analyzes current systems to identify opportunities for patient care improvements.
• Plans for department-specific requirements for future product acquisitions.
• Performs project status reporting and communicates updates to requestors.
• Documents issues and facilitates vendor resolution.
