Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Certified Clinical Data Model Consultant to lead analytics projects and develop predictive models in healthcare transformation initiatives. The role will require collaboration with Accenture teams, software vendors, and clients across multiple locations, with on-site work three days per week.

Responsibilities include expert Epic Reporting, advanced data analysis, and guiding teams in best practices for data interpretation and model refinement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Epic Certified Analyst role.
• Experience with SQL and data models in clinical, revenue domains.
• Expert proficiency in Epic Reporting and familiarity with Clinical Information Systems.
• Experience with data analysis, AI, and solution architecture is a plus.
• Bonus points for consulting firm experience and at least one full Epic implementation.

• Model client, market and KPI data to improve decisions.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Advance data quality and analytics processes across projects.
