Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant healthcare or information services experience.
• In lieu: 9-10 years relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential budget information.
• Resourceful, with initiative and independent as well as collaborative work style.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains all financial reports for the department's accounting units.
• Analyzes budget comparisons monthly and reconciles all financial reports.
• Collaborates with IS leadership to manage annual capital and operating budget submissions.
• Provides training and oversight on budget processes and administrative functions.
• Manages accounts receivable, payable and journal entries and liaises with vendors.
• Oversees onboarding of new staff and coordinates with hiring managers.
• Manages time and attendance, travel authorizations, expense reports and LEAP reimbursements.
