Pay Range: $55.75 - $83.07 per hour

Rush University Medical Center is seeking an experienced leader to oversee strategic initiatives supporting inpatient nursing and allied health across the Rush Hospital System. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic portfolio spanning Epic upgrades and optimization, clinical standardization, regulatory initiatives, and digital transformation.
You'll have the opportunity to help drive innovative initiatives including Virtual Nursing, Epic AI for nursing, automated chart audits, MyChart Bedside TV, IV Pump Integration, Epic VoIP, and other enterprise-wide technology initiatives. You'll also lead complex projects involving clinical applications, vendor partnerships, system implementations, and operational improvements.
