Qualifications

• Epic Certification in at least one Research Tools module is required: Epic Research/Epic Clinical Trials/Epic Beacon w/ Ambulatory/Epic Genomics.
• Experience with Epic environment and healthcare IT systems.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning software, hardware, interfaces, and databases.
• Monitor system performance and perform QA/integrated testing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for build specifications.
• Mentor Analyst I team members and provide 24/7 on-call support.
