Job summary

UCI Health in Irvine, CA seeks an analyst to support Epic Referrals, Cadence, and related scheduling systems. You will manage major clinical information modules and drive data exchanges to improve patient care and operations.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Cadence certification with 2–4 years of Epic build experience in Cadence and referrals, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Cadence and Referrals modules.
• Knowledge of inpatient and ambulatory clinic workflows.
• Understanding of Work Flow Engine Rule and Order Transmittal.
• Knowledge of Epic User Security concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage large Epic modules; influence design and deployment.
• Coordinate data exchange between systems to support patient care.
• Lead projects and participate as a team member across departments.
