Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a ClinDoc and Stork Solutions Analyst to configure and support Epic EHR for Acute Care member organizations. This role consults with members to provide solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient patient care and provider workflows, and manages billing information for patients’ providers and clinics.

The position requires 3+ years as an Epic Applications Analyst, including ClinDoc and Stork experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in Epic build.
• Epic ClinDoc certification is required; Stork certification is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams.
• Process- and detail-oriented with data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work across departments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Competency assessment prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support clinical applications within Epic for Acute Care members.
• Consult with members to provide secure, efficient patient care workflows and billing data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to optimize performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments for project implementations and maintenance issues.
• Develop and optimize technical documentation for processes and knowledge sharing.
• Support skill growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
