Position Overview
The Program Coordinator, Epic Change Control, will play a pivotal role in the Operations department by facilitating the creation and maintenance of Epic change control processes, supporting tools, and documentation. The individual in this role will significantly impact member experience, by mitigating the risk of preventable errors and disruptions through a robust change control process and education plan. The Program Coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with technical experts and leaders across multiple Epic applications and departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration as change control processes and tools are developed and incorporated into employee learning and release processes. This position involves coordinating and facilitating CAB meeting agendas, recording CAB decisions, and analyzing data to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement solutions. The Program Coordinator may also participate in aspects of Epic product road mapping groups, assisting to achieve alignment with organizational goals and standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity and leadership, bringing a strong understanding of change control processes, ability to drive process and tools improvements, and leveraging their experience with Epic Content Management Tickets and Data Courier and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
