Job summary

InstantServe LLC seeks a Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer (Epic) to design and deliver comprehensive training on clinical documentation workflows within the Epic platform. You will partner with informatics and IT to optimize templates, SmartTools, and provider documentation processes.

You will develop manuals, eLearning modules, and simulations, delivering live and virtual sessions, and supporting go-live readiness. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and measurable training impact.

Qualifications

Must be certified as Epic Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer.
Experience designing and delivering clinical documentation training.
Strong collaboration with informatics and IT teams.
Ability to translate technical build into end-user training content.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain training curricula for clinical documentation workflows.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and in-elbow training to providers and staff.
Develop training materials including manuals, eLearning modules, quick references, and simulations.
Ensure training aligns with updates, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Serve as SME in clinical documentation workflows within Epic (preferred).
Support go-live readiness activities and command center operations.
Identify documentation improvement opportunities from metrics and feedback.
Update materials based on system enhancements and user needs.
