Divurgent seeks experienced Epic Certified Implementation Build Analysts to support the deployment of Epic modules across Gallery, Cheers, Guesthouse, Cupid, and MyChart Bedside/TV/ED. This long-term contract role emphasizes deep Epic expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to Epic standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Epic install experience, participation in multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong MST workflow skills.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in one or more modules.
• Minimum 3+ years of Epic new install implementation experience.
• Must have participated in at least 2 full-cycle Epic implementations.
• Strong MST workflow build skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a remote environment and supporting EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and workflow build of Epic modules (Gallery, Cheers, Guesthouse, Cupid, MyChart Bedside/ED).
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows.
• Perform system build, testing, validation, and documentation in accordance with Epic standards.
• Participate in workflow design sessions, gap analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation phases.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and Epic best practices.
