• Epic certifications in Cadence/Referrals & Authorizations or related Epic modules.

• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices and principles.
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness.
• Ability to develop workflows and integrate technology into clinical or operational workflows.
• Proficient in office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills.
