Qualifications

• EPIC Cadence Certification is required.
• 3+ years of EPIC Cadence analyst experience.
• Scheduling and/or registration workflow experience.
• Operational and IT background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Clinical database software knowledge.
• Healthcare application implementation, optimization, and support.
• Experience working across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of workflow analysis and system improvement initiatives.
